1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on shop.dresnr.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including all policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DRESNR under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or place any order through it.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of shop.dresnr.com regardless of how you access the site — desktop, mobile browser, or any other device.
2. ABOUT DRESNR
DRESNR is a premium electronics retail and tech sourcing business operating as a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Osei-Wusu Andreas, registered and operating in Ghana.
DRESNR Online Shop sells products directly from available stock and also operates a sourcing model under which certain products are procured from third-party suppliers. Where a product is a sourced or special-order item, this is clearly indicated in the product listing or communicated at the time of inquiry.
All business conducted through shop.dresnr.com is subject to Ghanaian law.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To place an order or use the services on this site you must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the site with the active consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
By placing an order you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. DRESNR reserves the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
DRESNR makes every reasonable effort to ensure product listings are accurate, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However:
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance between the image and the physical product do not constitute a product defect or grounds for a return unless the core specification is materially different from what was described.
For sourced and special-order products, specifications are confirmed at the time of order based on supplier availability. Where a confirmed specification cannot be sourced, DRESNR will notify you before proceeding and offer the option to adjust the order or receive a full refund.
DRESNR does not manufacture any products sold on this platform. All brand names, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for descriptive and identification purposes only.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 Currency and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, import costs, and market conditions. The price binding to your transaction is the price confirmed at the time your payment was successfully processed.
5.2 Price Errors
In the event of a pricing error on the site caused by a technical or human error, DRESNR reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify you before any processing or sourcing begins. You will be offered the choice to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund. DRESNR is under no obligation to fulfil an order placed at an erroneous price.
5.3 Payment Requirement
All orders require full payment upfront before any processing, sourcing, reservation, or fulfillment begins. No order is confirmed on partial payment, verbal commitment, or promise of transfer.
5.4 Accepted Payment Methods
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) processed through our secure payment gateway:JuniPay. Bank transfer with details provided at checkout. Cash on Delivery available within Greater Accra only for orders under GHS 2,000 and at DRESNR’s sole discretion for verified customers.
5.5 Sourcing and Service Fees
For special-order and brokered products, a sourcing and service fee is embedded within the listed product price. This fee covers procurement, verification, handling, and service delivery by DRESNR’s team. It is not separately itemized and is non-refundable once sourcing has commenced.
5.6 Corporate and Bulk Pricing
Organizations ordering 5 or more units of any product may qualify for volume pricing. Contact support@dresnr.com with product requirements and quantities for a custom quote.
5.7 Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional pricing is time-limited and cannot be applied to past orders. Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
6. ORDERS AND ORDER PROCESSING
6.1 Order Placement
Placing an order on shop.dresnr.com constitutes an offer to purchase the specified product at the listed price subject to these Terms. An order is not confirmed until DRESNR sends a written order confirmation via email or WhatsApp following successful payment verification.
6.2 Order Confirmation
DRESNR reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion — including where a product becomes unavailable after payment, where a pricing error is identified, or where there is a concern about the legitimacy of the order. In such cases a full refund is issued promptly.
6.3 Special and Sourced Orders
For products sourced from third-party suppliers on, an additional 2–5 business day sourcing window applies before dispatch. By proceeding with and paying for a sourced order you acknowledge and accept this timeline and any supplier-specific conditions communicated to you at the time of order.
6.4 Order Cancellations
Cancellations requested within 2 hours of payment and before sourcing has commenced qualify for a full refund minus any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
After sourcing has commenced a 15% handling fee is deducted from the refund to cover procurement costs already incurred.
Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Any post-dispatch issue is handled under the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery Zones and Timelines
DRESNR delivers across Ghana through vetted courier partners. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed as they depend on third-party logistics and, for sourced items, supplier availability.
- Greater Accra: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Major cities including Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, and Tamale: 3–5 business days.
- Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days or pickup arrangement required.
7.2 Delivery Fees
Calculated at checkout based on location and order dimensions. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
7.3 Risk and Title Transfer
Title to goods and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover of the order to the delivery courier. DRESNR Online Shop(DOS)is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier after dispatch. DRESNR’s team will follow up with the courier on your behalf for any post-dispatch issue and provide an update within 24 hours of your report.
7.4 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability a re-delivery fee applies. After two failed attempts the order is returned to DRESNR Online Shop(DOS). You must arrange re-delivery within 5 business days or the order is treated as cancelled and a refund issued minus a restocking fee.
7.5 Proof of Delivery
All deliveries require recipient confirmation at handover. Authorizing a third party to receive your order on your behalf constitutes delivery and transfers all risk accordingly.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
8.1 Exchange Window
DRESNR accepts exchange requests within 7 days of confirmed delivery under the following conditions only: the item arrived physically damaged with photo or video evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery; the item received materially differs from the confirmed order specification; or the item is Dead on Arrival reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8.2 Exclusions
The following are not covered under this policy: change of mind; damage from misuse, power surges, drops, or unauthorized repair; Final Sale and Special Order items; opened software, accessories, or consumables; issues reported after the 7-day window.
8.3 Exchange Process
Contact our team at support@dresnr.com or WhatsApp (+233) 598 968 446 with your order number and evidence. Our team assesses within 48 business hours. Approved exchanges are fulfilled within 5–7 business days. Where a replacement is unavailable a refund is issued within 7–10 business days.
8.4 Refund Deductions
A 10% restocking and processing fee applies to all approved refunds not caused by a verified product defect. Payment processing fees are non-recoverable and deducted from all refunds regardless of cause.
8.5 Sourced Products
Returns and exchanges for sourced products are subject to the third-party supplier’s conditions communicated to you before order confirmation.
9. WARRANTIES
DRESNR does not manufacture any products sold on this platform and therefore does not issue a manufacturer’s warranty. Where a product carries a manufacturer or supplier warranty, DRESNR will communicate the applicable warranty terms to you at the time of purchase and will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible.
DRESNR’s own commitment is limited to the exchange and refund terms outlined in Section 8 of these Terms.
Products purchased through DRESNR’s sourcing model from third-party suppliers carry only the warranty, if any, provided by that supplier. DRESNR will communicate applicable warranty terms before order confirmation for all sourced items.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on shop.dresnr.com — including but not limited to the DRESNR name, logo, product descriptions, images, pricing, site layout, and written content — is the property of DRESNR and its owner. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, copying, or commercial use of any site content without written permission from DRESNR is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under Ghanaian intellectual property law.
Third-party brand names and product trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive and identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with DRESNR.
11. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONDUCT
11.1 Account Responsibility
If you create an account on shop.dresnr.com you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. You must keep your login credentials secure. Notify our team immediately at support@dresnr.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
11.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: manipulate prices or exploit system or pricing errors for unauthorized discounts; place fraudulent, test, or bad-faith orders; scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without written permission; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform in any way; use the site for any purpose that is unlawful under Ghanaian law or these Terms; submit false or misleading information during any transaction or dispute process.
11.3 Account Suspension
DRESNR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.
12. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONTENT
Customers who submit reviews, ratings, or comments on shop.dresnr.com grant DRESNR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to display and use that content for business and marketing purposes including on the website and social media.
You confirm that any review or content you submit is your own honest experience, does not contain false or defamatory statements, does not infringe any third party’s rights, and does not contain spam, promotional content, or illegal material.
DRESNR reserves the right to remove any review or user-submitted content that violates these conditions or that is determined in good faith to be false, abusive, or harmful.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
DRESNR collects and processes personal data in accordance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and is registered with the Ghana Data Protection Commission.
Data collected includes your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, payment confirmation details, and browsing data. This data is used to process your orders, communicate with you, improve site experience, and with your consent, send promotional communications.
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except delivery and payment partners strictly for order fulfillment.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@dresnr.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy available on this site.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DRESNR’s total liability to any customer in connection with any order or claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific order in question.
DRESNR is not liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind; loss of income, profit, business, or data arising from use of or inability to use this site; delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, payment processors, or suppliers beyond DRESNR’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
DRESNR Online Shop(DOS) is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, power outages, national emergencies, civil unrest, government action, supplier failures, courier disruptions, or internet service failures.
In such circumstances DRESNR will notify affected customers as promptly as possible and work toward fulfillment or refund once normal operations resume.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising from a transaction on shop.dresnr.com, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication.
Step 1 — Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to support@dresnr.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. DRESNR’s team will acknowledge within 24 business hours.
Step 2 — Resolution Attempt: DRESNR will work toward a resolution within 5 business days of acknowledgment.
Step 3 — Escalation: If resolution is not reached within 10 business days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Ghanaian regulatory or legal authority.
By placing an order you agree to follow this resolution process before initiating any external legal or regulatory action.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
shop.dresnr.com may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services including payment processors, courier tracking portals, and social media platforms. DRESNR does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
18. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
DRESNR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Ghanaian law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Ghanaian courts.
