What We Cover
We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:
- The item arrived physically damaged — photo or video evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email to be considered.
- The item received does not match the exact product or specification described in your order confirmation.
- The item is Dead on Arrival — completely non-functional upon first use, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What We Do Not Cover
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Damage from misuse, power surges, drops, unauthorized repair, or improper handling.
- Products marked Final Sale or Special Order at the time of purchase.
- Opened software, accessories, consumables, and hygiene-sensitive items.
- Any issue reported after the 24 hour window has closed.
How the Exchange Process Works
Contact our team at support@dresnr.com or WhatsApp (+233) 598 968 446 within 24 hours of your delivery date. Include your order number and clear evidence of the issue. Our team will assess and respond within 48 business hours. Approved exchanges are fulfilled within 5–7 business days. Where an exact replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Deductions
A 10% restocking and processing fee applies to all approved refund requests not caused by a verified product defect. This covers handling, payment processing, and re-sourcing costs already incurred on your order.
Special Order and Sourced Products
Products sourced specifically on your behalf from third-party suppliers are subject to that supplier’s return conditions. Our team will communicate these conditions to you before you confirm a special order. Proceeding with and paying for a special order confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
