Payment Terms
All orders require full payment before any processing, sourcing, or reservation begins. No order is held, initiated, or confirmed on partial payment or verbal commitment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Mobile Money — MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money, processed securely through our payment gateway via our trusted service provider JuniPay. Bank Transfer — details provided at checkout. Cash on Delivery — available within Greater Accra only, for orders under GHS 2,000.00 only, and at DRESNR’s sole discretion for verified customers.
Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. For bank transfers, processing begins after 1 business day to allow for clearance confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 2 hours of payment and before sourcing has begun qualify for a full refund minus payment processing fees. After sourcing has commenced, a 15% handling fee is deducted from any refund to cover procurement costs already incurred. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Failed Payments
If payment fails at checkout your cart is held for 2 hours before the reservation is released. Contact our team immediately if you experience payment difficulties.
Payment Fraud
Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or misrepresent a transaction will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the appropriate Ghanaian authority.
