How Your Order Works

Place your order and complete payment. Our team begins processing immediately upon payment confirmation. For in-stock items, orders are verified, packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days. For special-order and sourced items, an additional 2–5 business day sourcing window applies before dispatch — you are informed of this in your order confirmation.

You receive two key notifications: an order confirmation when payment is verified, and a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Delivery Timelines

• Greater Accra: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Other major cities including Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, and Tamale: 3–5 business days.
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days.
