Delivery Terms

DRESNR ONLINE SHOP(DOS) delivers across Ghana through vetted courier partners. All timelines are estimates and depend on third-party logistics operations and, where applicable, product sourcing availability.

Delivery Zones and Timelines

• Greater Accra: 1–3 business days.
• Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale, and other major cities: 3–5 business days.
• Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days, or a pickup arrangement may be required.

Delivery Fees

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Special Order and Sourced Items

Products sourced on your behalf carry an additional 2–5 business day sourcing window before dispatch. This is communicated in your order confirmation. Placing and paying for the order confirms your acceptance of this timeline.

Risk and Title Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the delivery courier. DRESNR is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier after dispatch. Our team will follow up with the courier on your behalf for any post-dispatch issue and provide updates within 24 hours of your report.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability, a re-delivery fee applies. After two failed attempts the order is returned to DRESNR. You must arrange re-delivery within 5 business days or the order is treated as cancelled and a refund issued minus a restocking fee.

Proof of Delivery

All deliveries require recipient confirmation at handover with a Ghana Card or any other acceptable ID. If you authorize someone to receive on your behalf, that handover constitutes successful delivery.
